Service Description

A 30 minute consultation where we can assess your suitability, and answer and questions you may have about your brows, and help you decide on the most suitable brow style for you and your skin type. Available in-person or online. Should this consultation lead to a brow PMU booking within 1 month following the consultation the cost of this appointment (£20) will be taken off you final balance on the day of your full brow treatment. You can check contraindications that may prevent you from receiving a brow treatment here: https://www.ketnabutronmakeup.co.uk/forms-advice As this is a non-refundable booking, please check the website or KBMM social media for any easily available answers to you questions, so your consultation time is of value to you. Please note: that, if you're wishing to have a brow appointment very soon. Ketna is extremely sought after and there can be a wait for your brow appointment. If you opt for a video consultation a postal patch test can be sent out. Please note: Whilst we try not to change appointments, we might contact you to suggest an alternative time for this consultation in order to help our scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 5 working days of treatment appointment. If you cancel due to COVID-related symptoms your deposit can be transferred for a booking at a later date.
